A ESV.AAALG divulga com muita satisfação o JA Project, projecto este criado pelo seu mentor Jaime Areias antigo saltador com vara que em tempos colaborou com a Escola de Vara do Algarve.

O JA Project surge então com soluções práticas, realistas e eficazes, tendo sempre em conta as características individuais ou de grupo de cada cliente, tendo a preocupação de juntar os conhecimentos gerais de Biomecânica, Fisiologia, Bioquímica, Anatomia, Nutrição, metodologias de Treino, entre outras, assim como na metodologia na abordagem do cliente.
